As per our Terms of Service, all Grindr purchases, including subscriptions and microtransactions, are final and any charges are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period. Keep in mind, deleting a profile, or the Grindr app will not automatically cancel any subscription - you’ll need to cancel the subscription manually.
iOS
We are unable to process any refunds for purchases made directly through Apple, as Apple requires that all refunds are processed through them.
To contact Apple to request a refund:
- Click "Report a Problem" in your subscription receipt from the App Store
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Call 1-800-MyApple (1-800-692-7753)

We are occasionally able to assist with refund requests for purchases made via the Google Play Store. You can reach out to us here.
