Getting Grindr XTRA
Purchasing a subscription is easy! Here are the steps:
- Log in to your Grindr account.
- Locate the XTRA icon
at the bottom of your screen and select it.
- Select the subscription you'd like to purchase & tap Continue.
- Continue with either iOS/Android Account Purchase
iOS / Android account purchase
- You will be redirected to your App Store / Google Play Store to secure payment.
- Use your Touch ID or enter your App Store / Google Play Store details manually.
- Confirm your subscription purchase.
Note: Your subscription will be charged through your App Store / Google Play account. To avoid issues down the road, make sure that your card details are registered with your store provider OR that sufficient credits are loaded.
Please note:
- Google Play Billing is currently in selected territories. Stay tuned for upcoming updates in your region.
- Once the purchase is successful, you will be receiving an Email Confirmation.
- If you're not seeing your purchased subscription, force quit Grindr to refresh.
- All Grindr XTRA subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled and as outlined in Grindr's Terms of Service, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
