Changing your language preference
To change your Grindr language from English to another supported language, follow the steps below based on your device type.
iOS:
- Open your Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Language & Region.
Note:
- The language you set for your device will always occupy the number one spot in your list of preferred languages.
- Under Preferred Language Order, your preferred language will need to be the primary language in the list for Grindr to appear in that language.
Android:
- Open your Settings.
- Select Language and Input.
- Select Language.
Note: If the language you select is not supported in your device’s preferred languages, then you will see the app in English by default.
