Need help with Grindr? You can chat with our AI-powered Support assistant directly from the app.

Start a chat with the assistant

1. From the app’s Grid, tap your profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to the About section, then tap Support.
4. Once the Grindr Support Chatbot launches, type your question to start chatting.

Adding attachments

Once you’ve started a conversation with the assistant, you’ll see a paperclip icon in the bottom-right corner of the chat.

1. Tap the paperclip icon.
2. Choose Library, Camera, or Files.
3. Select the item you’d like to add to the conversation.
