How can we help?

If you need to appeal a ban, are experiencing a bug, have a registration error, or need help with your subscription/payment method, please submit your request via the relevant form above. For all SMS verification issues please proceed with this form.

Please provide the User ID or email address displayed in your settings. Note: If an email address is displayed, that email address is the one associated with your account.

What error are you encountering?

Your location (ie, city and country)

You can update your account email address in your app settings. Select email, then and enter a new email address and your current Grindr password. If you see a User ID instead of an email address, this means you created your account via a third-party (i.e. Google, Facebook, Apple ID), and we won’t be able to update your email address.

If you know your current password, you can change it in your app Settings -- select password, and you'll be prompted to create a new password after validating your account ownership. If you don’t know your current password, tap "Forgot Password?" to send yourself a reset link. If you requested a password reset link and it did not arrive, double-check that your email address is free of typos, and check your spam folder. If the email still doesn’t arrive, you may have signed up via a third-party (i.e. Google, Facebook, Apple ID), in which case we will not be able to reset your password.(optional)

If you’re attempting to create a new account and see a Registration Error, please fill out the “I am seeing a registration error” form. (optional)

Are you still logged in to your account? (optional)

If you don't have access to your account or sign-up email address and you have a subscription through Google Play, we may be able to delete your account if you're able to provide the following: Billing transaction number (if you have a subscription with us), or phone number associated with the account. (optional)

You can delete your account from your app settings. Tap "Delete Account," and let us know your reason for deleting. We're sorry to see you go! (optional)

You can delete your account in your settings. Tap Delete Profile, and let us know your reason for deleting. Note: If you created your account via an email address and password, you'll have to enter the email address associated with your account. (optional)

Make sure you entered the correct phone number, including the correct area code and country code. Keep in mind we can’t verify phone numbers from texting apps like Google Voice, etc. If you’ve reached the maximum verification attempts for the day, you’ll have to wait 24 hours before attempting to verify again.

Please wait 24 hours before attempting to verify your phone number again. Additionally, you can only verify 5 accounts with the same phone number. If your phone number is already associated with 5 accounts, you’ll need to delete one of those accounts and wait 24 hours before proceeding.
