Resolved. Our developers have removed the bug affecting paid subscribers and the app should be working normally now.

Our developers have found a solution and will be rolling out a fix shortly.
Users may need to log out/in from the app or force closing the app:

Some users may experience latency in their premium features or not seeing any premium features.
If you know you have premium services (XTRA, Unlimited), we advise not attempting to buy a new subscription as this would create double billing issues.
We're working on determining the root cause and provide a solution.
