Some users began reporting issues while uploading their Profile Photo, specifically a photo that has been used in the past and would see a Pending status instead. Our engineering team was able to determine the reason behind the delay after the initial report.
If your profile is stuck in a pending status, please try one of these steps for an immediate fix:
- Make a duplicate of the photo in your gallery and upload it to your profile.
- On the upload screen Crop the original photo by at least 1 pixel and upload it to your profile.
You may need to wait a few minutes while our Moderation team reviews the picture, and force close or force stop the app afterward.
