In order to get your subscription back on track, please follow these steps;
- Open your Grindr app from your home screen
- Tap on your profile
- Select the right upper gear in order to access your settings
- Under account, select "Restore Purchase"
Note: If an error message appears and the subscription has not been credited yet, you will need to wait 24 hours in order to retry to restore the purchase. You will need to be logged into the same email address the purchase was initially made on.
