Force stopping Grindr is the most basic (and effective) troubleshooting step, and will refresh the app data on your device in addition to resetting your connection to our servers. Give it a try if Grindr's having sign-on or connection issues.
Apple |
1. From the Home screen, double-click the Home button to view the multitasking bar
2. Tap and hold Grindr
3. When it wobbles, tap the red (-) icon
4. Restart your device
5. Open Grindr
More serious issues may require that you reinstall Grindr to your device.

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap Applications > Manage Applications
3. Tap Grindr > Force Stop > Clear Cache
4. Restart your device

Your unique Grindr support code allows our team to quickly access your Grindr profile. We'll need this information to help you troubleshoot most issues with the app. Please include your support code when sending a help request.

1. Open Grindr
2. Tap Menu > Settings > About > Support Code
We can also use the UDID from your device.

1. Open Grindr
2. From the Main screen, tap and hold your thumbnail photo for 5 seconds
We can also use the MEID from your device.
1. Open Settings > About Phone > Phone Identity

3. Press the Menu key > Settings > Support Code
