Receiving a Push Notification but not seeing the Message in Grindr Xtra? A force close and restart can help recover any missing messages.
 

To force close Grindr Xtra and refresh your cascade…

1. Return to the Home screen, then click the Home button twice
2. Tap and hold Grindr Xtra
3. When it starts to jiggle, tap the red (-) icon to close it
4. Double-click the home button
5. Restart your device
6. Open Grindr Xtra
7. Refresh your Cascade
 

Still not seeing your messages? Lets check to make sure they are not hiding away in your 'Recent' view.

To check the recent view...

Open Grindr Xtra. Tap Menu > Views > Recent
 

Not in your 'Recent' view? Lets check that your Grindr Xtra messages aren't hiding in Grindr...

1. Open Grindr
2. Wait for cascade to load - No Messages?
3. Check recent view by tapping Menu > Views > Recent
