Your unique Grindr support code allows our team to quickly access your Grindr profile. We'll need this information to help you troubleshoot most issues with the app. Please include your support code when sending a help request.

Apple

1. Open Grindr
2. Tap Menu > Settings > About > Support Code

We can also use the UDID from your device.

Android

1. Open Grindr
2. From the Main screen, tap and hold your thumbnail photo for 5 seconds

We can also use the MEID from your device. 

1. Open Settings > About Phone > Phone Identity

1. Open Grindr
2. Press the Menu key > Edit Profile
3. Press the Menu key > Settings > Support Code

We can also use your BlackBerry PIN. 

OS5: On the Home screen, go to Options > Status > PIN
OS6 users: On the Home screen, go to Options > Device > Status Information > PIN
